Kris LeBoutillier
Owner, Editor and Strategist
Kris worked with Visa Corp as Asia Pacific regional digital content director in Singapore. He has extensive management and production experience with the formulation of social media content strategies, long and short-form blog and white paper editorial, and blog curation and editorial calendar management.
A former magazine and news journalist and photographer, Kris holds a BS from Syracuse University and MA in Digital Communication from Johns Hopkins University.
Jaime Liew
Director of Operations
Jaime co-founded P&M as Director of Operations and brought along with her over 20 years of communications, event management and marketing experience across Asia Pacific in banking, tourism, fintech, television production, luxury-brand cosmetics, and public utilities. She holds a BA in marketing communications from Murdoch University.
Ronald Yeo

Ronald fell in love with the art of visual storytelling midway through his career in finance. The turning point came when he and friends helped produce “Meme Proposal’ a video which garnered millions of views on YouTube, receiving commentary from Ryan Seacrest and Christina Perri.
A decade later, he would find a niche in producing videos for corporations like Visa, Accenture and Fortinet, creating video content for marketing, branding and corporate communications. He continues to hold a BA in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology.

John is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over 25 years experience in both client-side and agency roles. During this time he’s worked for a wide variety of global brands, SMEs and Start-ups across both B2B and B2C sectors.
More recently, John has been immersed in the design and development of lead generating corporate and campaign websites. He has also led the design and custom build of enterprise level applications that support media and brand campaign management.
John has a particular passion for creative execution that gets results and a keen focus on UX design, user engagement and SEO.
