DBS Bank in Singapore wanted to create a training video about the benefits of digital banking for corporate clients. Additionally, DBS’ management wanted to create video case studies that highlighted the various segments of the digital team, and how the online banking innovations were better than the competition.

Prince & Mercer’s Kris LeBoutillier worked with Asia Works–the Singapore-based content production house contracted by DBS Bank–on the concept and strategy, to the scripting and final edits. The videos include interviews with the leads of the online banking team who outline the benefits and the practicalities of the online platforms.
The final videos emphasizes the speed, ease-of-use of the corporate platforms as well as the deep trade and financial data DBS offers to its clients.
Outcome
The videos are perfect for training, external audiences and internal communications. And the structure of the videos give DBS Bank digital the opportunity to re-cut the content for social media platforms or live events like conferences or DBS employee events.
